The delegation of General Motors visited Kostanay region
Johnny Saldana, one of the structural managers of General Motors, and Shavkat Umurzakov, Chairman of the Management Board of Uzavtosanoat JSC, as well as Nurlan Baybazarov, Chairman of the Industrial Development Fund JSC, arrived in Kostanay region on a working trip. During the trip, they visited the plant of "SaryarkaAvtoProm" LLP and got acquainted with the capacity of the plant. Thanks to the partnership with Uzavtosanoat JSC, the production of Chevrolet cars has been carried out at the site of Saryarka
This year, SaryarkaAvtoProm LLP plans to produce 40 thousand cars of this brand. Akim of Kostanay region Archimed Mukhambetov also met with the guests and discussed strengthening partnerships, including by increasing the level of localization of production. As the head of the region noted, the implementation of the planned plans will have a positive impact on the socio-economic development of the region.
